On the other side Llavero highlights the agreement with XponentialWorks and Techniplas, a leading developer and manufacturer of plastic parts for automotive sector, for having a direct presence in the United States market.

“Both agreements and some others signed during Formnext regarding Cloneinspector 3D give us a good example of the current value of Sicnova 3D in the international  3D market as a developer and manufacturer of advanced industrial solutions”, says Llavero. The company has also reached an agreement for distributing the Sicnova 3D products in 15 countries.

Sicnova 3D has showcased at Formnext the three products currently developed and fully manufactured in their facilities in Linares  (Spain): JCR 1000 and JCR 600 3D printers rely plastic extrusion technology and boast large build volume (1000x600x600 mm and 580x400x500 mm respectively), a wide technical materials portfolio, heated and controlled chamber and intercheangeable nozzles. Cloneinspector 3D automated 3D scanner is designed for quality control, dimensional verification and reverse engineering. “It’s the best complement for metal 3D printers, the new HP 3D printers and in-line production control”, highlights the CEO of Sicnova.

TEN YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN 3D SECTOR

Grupo Sicnova is a Spanish company with more than 10 years of experience in 3D technologies field. Currently there are two different business lines. On one side Grupo Sicnova is one of the main 3D technology dealers in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, with renowned brands such as Ultimaker, Markforged, HP 3D Printing, B9Creations and Shining 3D, among others. On other side there is a second business line as developers and manufacturers under the Sicnova 3D brand, thanks to a R&D Department of 18 people who develop both hardware and software of their products.

The main headquarters of the company are currently located at Campus Científico-Tecnológico of Linares, just hundreds of meters from its own factory, where Sicnova 3D products are manufactured. Ángel Llavero explains the importance of controlling the production process in its entirety: “one of the added values of Sicnova 3D is having the full process of development, production and testing of our products in our own facilities. We don’t have to externalise our manufacturing processes, which helps us ensure the best user experience to our customers”.
