16 February, 2026Samylabs will participate in BIEMH 2026 with a proposal focused on the evolution of its metal additive manufacturing solutions based on LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) technology, where attendees will be able to learn about the development of its new automatic powder recirculation system.
During the fair, the company will share the technical advances of this solution, currently in the development phase, which aims to increase autonomy, efficiency, and safety in metal powder management. Although the system will not be presented as an official commercial launch, BIEMH will showcase the progress of the project and its integration into the company's technological strategy.
In the first stage, the system has been designed as an external module that can be integrated into the SamylabsGarbi ultrasonic screen, allowing the recovery and reconditioning of dust to be automated without the need to replace existing equipment. This automation reduces manual handling, improves material traceability, and optimizes workflow in the plant.
At the same time, Samylabs is making progress in the direct integration of automatic recirculation into the Alba 500 machine, expanding its production autonomy and reinforcing its focus on continuous manufacturing industrial environments. With this line of development, the company is consolidating its commitment at BIEMH to comprehensive solutions that cover the entire LPBF ecosystem, beyond the printing process itself.
