09 December, 2025Pantur has integrated a Reinforce3D DELTA system at its facilities in Amposta (Tarragona), based on Continuous Fiber Injection Process (CFIP) technology—an innovative process that enables the injection of continuous fiber into internal cavities to structurally reinforce components.
This collaboration represents a significant step forward in the industrialization of internal reinforcement for additively manufactured parts, combining Reinforce3D’s patented technology with Pantur’s expertise in additive manufacturing, design optimization, and end-use part production. Thanks to this integration, Pantur will expand its capabilities to produce components with higher mechanical performance, improved durability, and reduced weight, targeting demanding sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and medical devices.
The project includes the validation of reinforced geometries, material compatibility, and the optimization of process parameters for production environments at different scales. With this installation, Pantur becomes one of the first Spanish companies to incorporate continuous fiber injection into its additive manufacturing ecosystem, positioning itself as a benchmark in the production of high-performance structural components.
The initiative strengthens Reinforce3D’s expansion across Europe’s main industrial hubs and reinforces both companies’ commitment to innovation, sustainability, and efficiency in advanced manufacturing processes.
