MELTIO PRESENTS THE MELTIO M600 METAL 3D PRINTER AT FORMNEXT 2025, A RELIABLE AND VALIDATED INDUSTRIAL SOLUTION FOR INTEGRATION INTO ANY INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT.

21 October, 2025

Spanish multinational Meltio, known for its 3D metal printing solutions, has confirmed its participation in Formnext 2025, where it will showcase its most advanced industrial system: the Meltio M600. Designed for seamless integration into any industrial environment, the M600 stands out for its reliability, autonomy, and ability to process a wide range of metal materials.

The Meltio M600 has been validated by major defense organizations such as the Spanish Army, the French Navy, the South Korean Army, and the US Navy, highlighting its robustness in demanding operational settings. Additionally, industries like aerospace, automotive, mining, and oil & gas have adopted the M600 as a cost-effective alternative to traditional manufacturing methods.

Key technical features include a newly developed blue laser deposition head that enhances printing speed and reduces energy consumption. This is especially advantageous for processing reflective materials like copper and aluminum, where traditional infrared lasers tend to underperform.

The M600 also features a fully inert build chamber and high-level automation that minimizes operator interaction. With Meltio Horizon software, programming can be completed within minutes, eliminating manual tasks such as laser alignment and enhancing overall system reliability.

At Formnext 2025, which takes place from November 18 to 21 in Frankfurt (Germany), Meltio will conduct live demonstrations, printing real parts using materials such as titanium, stainless steel, nickel, copper, and aluminum.
