18 March, 2026Mausa has added the new HP Jet Fusion 5620 – the latest generation of Multi Jet Fusion technology – to its industrial facilities, thereby strengthening its production capacity in industrial additive manufacturing. This investment forms part of a strategy, in place since 2017, aimed at integrating the most advanced solutions from the HP ecosystem in-house.
In recent years, the company has developed a production environment based on different generations of equipment, ranging from the 4210 and 5210 systems to the 5420 White, which is focused on applications with aesthetic and surface finish requirements. The addition of the 5620 represents a step forward in consolidating a model geared towards scalable, mass production in industrial environments.
From a technical perspective, the new platform introduces improvements in batch productivity, thermal process stability, dimensional control and compatibility with new materials. These capabilities enable the handling of longer runs and more demanding applications, whilst maintaining the flexibility characteristic of additive manufacturing.
Mausa’s model is based on always having the most advanced version of HP Jet Fusion technology available, which facilitates access to new materials and process optimisations, whilst strengthening traceability and quality control. This development has been carried out in collaboration with Maquinser, including technical support, application analysis and production optimisation.
