24 February, 2025AIMEN Technology Centre will hold in October the XIX edition of the Conference on Materials Processing with Laser Technology, a consolidated event as a meeting point for professionals and researchers in the sector.
The conference programme will be structured in two days, each with a specific focus. On 15 October, ‘Laser Industrial Applications’ will focus on practical applications of laser technology in sectors such as the automotive, aerospace, metal-mechanical, energy and health sectors, among others. On 16 October, under the title ‘Laser Research’, the latest advances in laser sources, new systems, quality control, innovative processes and applications in polymers and composite materials will be presented.
The Organising Committee has opened the call for proposals, which can be submitted until 18 April 2025. Contributions should be aligned with the programme themes and should be presented in the form of an oral presentation.
Following the selection process, the authors of the selected papers will be notified by 25 April 2025. Official presentations should be submitted in .ppt or .pdf format by 6 October 2025.
FORMWith this initiative, AIMEN seeks to foster the exchange of knowledge and promote the application of laser technology in industry and research.
