ADDIMAT IS PUTTING TOGETHER A PROGRAMME OF EVENTS TO ENGAGE WITH THE ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING ECOSYSTEM AT FORMNEXT 2026

03 November, 2026

ADDIMAT is preparing for its return to Formnext 2026, which will take place from 17 to 20 November in Frankfurt, with a programme of activities designed to make visiting the trade fair easier, showcase the capabilities of the Spanish additive manufacturing ecosystem, and foster contacts between companies, technology centres and international professionals.

From Hall 12.0, stand C121, the association will coordinate a joint stand featuring ten companies and technology centres, bringing together expertise in materials, equipment, software, research and development, and post-processing related to additive manufacturing.

In addition to the exhibition space, ADDIMAT has developed various initiatives to help visitors organise their time at Formnext and gain a better understanding of the capabilities on display at the fair.

A TOOL TO PERSONALISE YOUR VISIT

One of the main new features of this year’s event is ADDIMAT’s new online platform for Formnext, designed as a tool to help visitors prepare for their visit before arriving in Frankfurt.

Through this platform, users can explore the exhibiting companies, filter them by technology, select the companies they are interested in and create their own list of companies to visit, as well as access the various activities organised by the association.

The platform thus enables visitors to identify in advance the technologies and capabilities most relevant to them and to organise a tour tailored to their interests.

GUIDED TOURS OF THE ADDIMAT ECOSYSTEM

Throughout the four days of the fair, ADDIMAT will also be organising 45-minute guided tours of the Spanish Pavilion to introduce visitors to the various companies and technology centres from the Spanish ecosystem exhibiting at Formnext.

The tours will provide a structured overview of different technologies, applications and capabilities related to additive manufacturing, and enable visitors to make direct contact with the participating organisations.

The tours will take place within the Spanish Pavilion itself, starting at the ADDIMAT counter with a comprehensive overview of the Spanish ecosystem, followed by a visit to the various stations on the shared stand. A range of timeslots are available for visitors between 17 and 20 November.

AN EVENT TO FOSTER NETWORKING

The programme will be rounded off with a networking event on Wednesday 18 November at 5.00 pm at the ADDIMAT stand, a meeting point for forging international VIP connections within the additive manufacturing sector.

The event aims to create a space to continue the conversations begun during the fair, exchange experiences and foster new contacts within the international additive manufacturing ecosystem.

IDENTIFYING TECHNOLOGICAL TRENDS

Throughout the four days of the fair, ADDIMAT’s technical staff will be touring the exhibition in search of technological innovations and new product launches, which they will include in the renowned annual report that the association distributes to its member companies following the event.

Through these initiatives, ADDIMAT aims to ensure that its presence at Formnext extends beyond the exhibition space, providing tools to explore capabilities, schedule meetings, connect with companies and technology centres, and make the most of the visit to the fair.
