SAMYLABS is a company from the Basque Country founded in 2016 that is dedicated to the design, commercialization and manufacturing of 3D metal printers with SLM technology (Selective Laser Melting).
It’s currently the first Spanish company that has developed a 3D metal printer of this technology, controlling all its facets, from mechanical design, firmware and electrical design to rolling software.
The company sells its SAMYLABS ALBA 300 model. It is a very compact and easy-to-use device that provides professional printing quality. It is available with 2 cylindrical printing volumes, one 160 mm diameter x 200 mm high and another 200 mm x 250 mm. The equipment works with domestic voltage, has low electrical consumption, is silent, can move on its own wheels and is designed to pass between doors, which makes it ideal for working in workshops, laboratories and offices. The machine incorporates its own software developed entirely by SAMYLABS and can operate completely autonomously.
