The Plastics and Composites Technology group at MONDRAGON UNIBERTSITATEA focuses on the processing of structural composites. In addition to training, a strong activity is carried out with companies from different sectors. Since 2016 we have been working on the additive manufacturing of plastics and composites for structural applications. We provide technologies (printers, software) and personnel to carry out technological feasibility studies (new materials, prototypes, industrialisation).
For those looking for specialised talent, the group offers a Master’s degree in Additive Manufacturing, where students carry out a final master’s project. This programme is given in Gipuzkoa, but the project can be developed for any company, as the university’s technological equipment is made available to the company.
