IZADI is a company with more than 25 years old that focuses its activity on the construction of complex parts, both in power transmission solutions with heat treatments and in parts with complex geometries that require continuous 4 and 5 axis machining.
The need to efficiently face difficulties regarding heat treatments, the construction of complex shapes, as well as being able to provide a solution of second useful life cycles to pieces with high added value, led IZADI to develop a LMD laser cell. of cladding with metallic powders together with Talens (INZU Group). This development has been carried out by a team of materials and electronic, chemical and metallurgical engineers who provide a global solution to the different work areas necessary for the additive construction of a piece with software development and, where appropriate, tempering with its martensitic transformation process.
IZADI has built an LMD laser cell for tempering and cladding solutions with capacity for different types of parts, both in shafts, wheels and gears as well as in mold solutions, blades with volumes up to Ø4,000 and length 7,000 mm.
