iMet-3D is the first MELTIO service bureau in the north of Spain, offering 3D metallic printing services with LMD / DED technology, producing metallic parts with a constant density of 99,998% from wire, in short time and low-cost.

LMD (laser metal deposition) is a directed energy deposition (DED) process that functions by precisely stacking weld beads on top of one another, in wire form, when introduced into the laser generated melt pool.

• Pieces with exceptional mechanics, less thermal stress, and almost isotropic properties.
• Layers from 0.6 to 1.2mm height.
